This looks great. After kickoff, we'll update this with milestones for build progress. For example, by the Friday after kickoff, we need to have our basic layout of the robot complete. That is, we should know what we want to build and how it is going to work. This should help us keep on track and minimize the panic that sets in on the last week. (I can't believe I wrote that, of course there will be panic in the last week!)
